The beds are very comfy.

The beds are very comfy. The staff is nice and friendly. The location is extremely good, surrounded by good restaurants and Ximen Walking Street and Ximen Station are just 10-15 minutes of walking.

The check-in time could have been earlier, like around 1.30 or 2.00 pm instead of 3.00 pm.

Fantastic.

Hot shower, nice shampoo, super clean towels and beddings, comfy pillows and comforters,spacious area, walking distance to Ximen MRT, Night Market. Staff were very accommodating even when we had an early check-in. The rooms were always made up when we return from our tour.

Clean room.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Room size was just adequate but tiny window. Bathroom size was ok, cleaned daily.

The entrance was on a back lane. Only one staff spoke reasonable English Lift was soo narrow, it was claustrophobic!

Staff was not available in the morning. In my case I want to drop my luggage and I make appointment with him but no-one at that time.

It was okay.

The beds were big. The bathroom was clean. The entire place was better than expected since it is only a two star hotel. The staff is friendly and assisted us with what she could. Even the airport transfer driver is extremely friendly.

There’s mosquitoes and I got bitten. The strong scent of insect repellent, though I understand their intention of having the insect repellent along the corridors. It was not exactly accessible since we got to go into a small one to locate the door that leads us down to B1.

Big room clean, comfortable. Value for money. The staff EXCELLENT Dont stay on the first floor.

Everything in the hotel is good and clean. The staff is very very good

The first floor noisy at night. Early morning 3:30am of dec 29 the STUPID guy beside our room keep banging his door because he left his key. He keep knocking very very loud at first i thought there was a robber and i'am very afraid. The loud knocking continue for 30mins and stop for about 15mins then the loud knocking continue for 15min then i heard someone open his room. For 1 hour i was so afraid theres no security for my family. Every year for 3 years my family go to taipei in december. My family is so afraid this time. Hope you can put security that this will not happen to other family.

Friendly staff, there is a micro elevator , entrance area is pretty small

Staff were excellent Bed was big and comfy. Walls were thick! I couldnt hear noise from other rooms. Great location near cafes and staitiln nearby

My biggest complaint is NO Heater It was unusually cold weather, and this hotel has no heater.. I should have been given a small portable heating device of some type.

Staff is very good and nice.

Staff is very good and nice. The room is very clean. I really surprise about this. Has a machine to fill water for drinking. Location is okay, not far and easily to reach a number of places around Ximen.

During the new year, the price is extremely expensive.

What you have paid is what you will get

Location is perfect which is very closed to Ximending station and many coffee shops as well local restaurant are surrounding the hotel. Though, despite this location, the hotel is very quite since it is in the alley Rooms are really spacious

At the moment I checked in, rooms were fully booked so that they changed me to the Quadruple room at B1 without window (instead I booked triple room on floor which has window shown in the booking picture). B1 looks like a store room, after I went down by elevator, I have to get myself to a very small hole (that I cound't stand to go through but I had to knot down to overpass it) to get to a room corridor which makes me really nervous because in case of emergency, how could I escape ? the room is spacious and convenient but it is still lack of some convenience Also, about the check-in time, it is really hard if you arrive after 9pm and speak no Chinese since the staff at this time can't speak English well The sign of the hotel is really hard to find since it has only a small board sticked in the door " Dreamhouse" Anyway, what you paid is what you get
